"Because the nature of dementia and Alzheimer's is static; careful monitoring and constant reassessment of the residents are needed. I am pleased to say the staff at TMC makes every effort to do this and provide good dialogue with the family. This leads to a high quality, collaborative approach resulting in excellent care. I am also impressed with the efforts of all staff members: CNAs, nursing, chaplain, activity director, volunteers, stylists and culinary team. They have a genuine sense of caring for the residents. The evident teamwork provides a very pleasant environment."
