At the close of this activity participants should be able to:

  • Understand that Medicare doesn’t pay for Long-Term Care
  • Identify two essential documents all people with Alzheimer’s disease should have in place
  • List two symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease
  • Recognize the financial impact of Alzheimer’s disease on families

1 core hour of continuing education for Social Workers, 1 contact hour for Case Managers, and 1 contact hour for RNs.
