Services

The Memory Center is dedicated to providing specialized care to those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia in a caring, interactive community designed around the individual.

Our services include a wide variety of activities designed to provide meaningful daily purpose for our residents and help them live well with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

We utilize a hands-on approach to learning including use of the five senses, kinetic movement and motor skill coordination. The atmosphere is natural, peaceful and includes safe access to the outdoors including our large courtyard and secure walking trails. Daily activities are held in small social settings and larger group events in our bright and open Town Center or Theater with evening activities held nightly in each Neighborhood.

All programs at The Memory Center are designed to inspire purpose, validate actions, invigorate healthy lifestyles and uphold the highest quality of life for our residents.

On Site Medical Director

Every Memory Center location has an on-site medical director who is a fellowship trained and certified geriatrician and available to our nurses 24-hours a day.

Our Medical Directors provide on-site assessments of each Memory Center resident on a weekly basis, meet with our Resident Service Directors and resident families to review and address concerns.

For the well being of our residents and their families, we also provide home health services for physical, occupational, speech and psychiatric therapies as needed.

Electronic Medical Records

The Memory Center utilizes the most comprehensive electronic medical records system available to provide a seamless flow of information, ensure accurate communication between providers and increase the quality of patient care.
