Kevin A. DiBona
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. DiBona founded MemCare and The Memory Center in 2006. He has been involved in all aspects of the company's creation including site selection, design, construction, and corporate vision. He currently focuses on the daily management of The Memory Center and is committed to ensuring that it provides the best possible care and quality of life to all residents and their family members. Prior to founding The Memory Center, Mr. DiBona focused on a multitude of investments in real estate, venture capital and equities. He was the founding partner of Coastal Capital Partners, a real estate investment fund which purchased over $100 million of assets throughout the Southeast. He formerly served as partner of CB Richard Ellis of Viginia, Inc. and has over 20 years experience in investing that has resulted in over $500 million of transactions with institutional and private equity partners.

Paul O. Hirschbiel Jr.
Vice Chairman
Mr. Hirschbiel has had a long and successful career in private equity investing. Mr. Hirschbiel co-founded one of the first venture capital firms in New York City in the early 1980s and spent nearly two decades successfully investing in a broad array of growth companies, including several in the healthcare services industry. Mr. Hirschbiel also founded Envest Ventures, one of the first professionally managed venture firms in Hampton Roads. Mr. Hirschbiel was an original investor in the first Memory Center in Virginia Beach and officially joined the management team in January 2013 to help implement expansions plans.
Kelly DiTullio
Executive Director
Kelly DiTullio graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Urban Studies. Since 2006, she and her family have lived in Cumming, GA. It was during her first job that she discovered how much she loved working with older adults. Throughout her career, she has worked in outreach, marketing, business office and operations within the hospital and assisted living settings with a primary focus on dementia. She genuinely believes that it is her life's mission to enhance the lives of older adults and their families.
Lanae Kovacevich, LPN
Director of Nursing
Lanae was born and raised in Wisconsin. She has a strong passion for training and has worked in several roles including charge nurse, CNA supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing, Health and Wellness Director and Director of Nursing.
Francisco Adrian
Activities Director
Francisco Adrián is a mental health professional who has studied in Venezuela, Colombia, Spain, and the United States. A psychologist and music therapist, he blends his passion for music with his therapeutic approach. As a specialist in dementia care, his dedication stems from his personal experience of being raised by his grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s at the end of her life. This has given him a deep empathy for families and clients. With over 4 years of experience using recreation as therapy, Francisco is a dynamic and cheerful individual. He speaks Spanish and English, and is currently learning French.
Tom Jones
Director of Marketing and Admissions

Tom Jones is from Macon, GA and graduated with a BBA from GA Southern. He has worked for many years with senior adults including in home services, hospice, and assisted living, most recently in Alpharetta and Johns Creek. GA. Tom is an avid cyclist, loves the senior industry and has no plans to ever leave it.

Elena Morgos
Administrative Assistant
Elena Morgos has 9 years of experience working in senior living. She has worked in independent living, assisted living and memory care. Her favorite part of working in senior living is connecting with the residents and families. She is passionate about serving seniors and assisting family members with any questions. In her free time, Elena enjoys traveling, cooking and all outdoor activities.
Zemecca Fentress
Executive Chef
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Chef ZaMecca ("Zee") discovered a passion for cooking at a young age while spending countless hours in the kitchen with her grandmother. These cherished moments not only ignited a love for food but also instilled a deep respect for seniors. With over 10 years of restaurant experience and 6 years dedicated to senior living, ZaMecca finds immense satisfaction in combining culinary expertise with a commitment to providing quality care for senior residents. Chef earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Gwinnett Technical College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University. For ZaMecca, the journey has always been about more than just cooking; it's about creating memorable dining experiences that bring comfort and joy to those served. Cooking is not just a profession—it's a heartfelt connection to people and a tribute to the legacy of love and tradition imparted by ZaMecca's grandmother.
