The Memory Center Atlanta is the most comprehensive community specializing in the care of those with Alzheimer's and Dementia in the Atlanta area. Our community is conveniently located in Johns Creek next to Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The layout consists of 48 residential suites divided into four neighborhoods making it the ideal size for those with Alzheimer's and dementia. This special approach encourages freedom of movement in a safe and secured environment. The Memory Center has a unique design featuring our remarkable Town Center concept. The Town Center is easily accessible to our four neighborhoods featuring The Chattahoochee Tavern, Fox Movie Theater, Library, Ice Cream Stand, Peachtree General Store and Salon. Each neighborhood is equipped with its own dining areas, full kitchens and serene living rooms. Our design features safe and secured outdoor courtyards and walking paths for residents to enjoy during activities and with their loved ones.
